When you care for others, you reflect the heart of God who "cares for you" (1 Peter 5:7). Caregiving is a blessing but can often feel like a burden. It's okay to need help.
This video course provides a context for life change to study and reflect on what God's Word says about caregiving and receive practical guidance on how to provide compassionate care, avoid burnout, manage your emotions, practice proper self-care, and maintain a positive outlook as a caregiver. (93 min.)
What’s included:
- A video presentation with our team of counselors (Learn more about the presenters below.)
- A digital study guide with notes and questions for further study and reflection
- A digital copy of the Keys for Living book on this topic
- Lifetime, on-demand access to the video and downloadable content through our store dashboard
